It applies to everyone who contacts us, studies with us, or is trained by us through any of our three divisions: Lifetime Education, Lifetime Training and Lifetime International.

The information we collect
When you make an enquiry. Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, which course or division you are interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us in your message.
When you enrol on a course. In addition to the above, we collect the information we need to register you with an awarding body and to run the course. Depending on the qualification this may include your date of birth, home address, National Insurance number, prior qualifications, employment status, and proof of identity.
Where a course is publicly funded. Funding bodies and local authorities require us to collect and report additional information, which may include your employment history, benefit status, household circumstances, ethnicity, and whether you have a learning difficulty or disability.
When you study with us from overseas. We may collect passport details, visa or immigration status, your country of residence, and details of any agent acting on your behalf.
When your employer books training for you. Your name, job role, employer, and the training you attend. Your employer will usually provide this rather than you.
Assessment and attendance information. Attendance records, assessment work, assessor feedback, results and certificates.
When you visit our website. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam, which involves Google processing some technical data about your visit.
Special category information
Some of the information above is treated as more sensitive under data protection law, including information about health, disability, ethnicity and religion.
