One group, three jobs to do

Our Intent

To empower individuals and organizations through accessible, high-quality education that unlocks opportunity, builds skills, and creates lasting impact.

Approvals and partnerships

We started out doing one thing and grew into three, because the people we serve do not all need the same thing. A jobseeker in Liverpool, a care home manager in Cheshire and a student arriving from overseas have almost nothing in common — except that each of them needs a qualification before the next thing in their life can happen.

So we organised around them rather than around us. Three divisions, each with its own focus, sharing the same tutors, the same approvals and the same refusal to sell anybody a course that will not help them.

Our tutors have worked in the industries they teach. When someone asks what a door supervisor deals with at two in the morning, or what an assessor writes down in a damp terrace, the answer comes from someone who has been there.

Approved to deliver, trusted to deliver.

We are approved by national awarding bodies to deliver and assess the qualifications we teach, and we work alongside local authorities to reach the people who need training most.
