Employability and skills for jobseekers
We work with jobseekers, people who have been out of the labour market for a while, and anyone facing barriers to getting back in. The qualification is only half of it. We also deal with confidence, paperwork, travel, and knowing what employers around here are actually hiring for.
We deliver alongside local authorities, Jobcentres and community partners, which means our courses are aligned to real vacancies rather than whatever is easiest to run.
Education Courses
SIA Door Supervisor
Door Supervisor training leading to an SIA licence, and top-up and refresher training for existing licence holders. Delivered as a Highfield approved centre.
Retrofit
Our green energy courses include the Level 2 Understanding Domestic Retrofit, L3 Domestic Energy Assessor and Level 4 Retrofit Assessor. Some courses are fully funded so enquire today to see if you are eligible!.
Health & Social care
Our Highfield Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (RQF) will help learners working or preparing to work in the adult social care sector.
Education and Assessing
Our Education and Assessing courses are designed for individuals who would like to work or currently work within FE colleges, independent training providers or local authorities, the qualifications can meet the needs of a range of trainee teachers. Courses include the L3 Award in Education & Training, L3 CAVA, L4 IQA.
